Thanks to ABDUL and JUAN for excellent work. They are the most "honest" and inexpensive shop with FAIR pricing and I wouldn't go anywhere else. You can trust them to do a fantastic job. Thanks guys for always being there for us.

Miguel and the team at Rhinelander Auto Body did an outstanding job on my BMW. The repair was flawless—you’d never know the vehicle had been damaged. Communication was excellent throughout the process, the turnaround was quick, and they clearly take pride in their work. They even paid attention to the small details, and the car came back looking like new. Highly recommend Miguel and his team if you’re looking for quality work and great customer service.

The repair that Miguel and his team at Rheinlander Auto body was very professional. Miguel is very personable and professional. He removed, replaced and painted the rear bumper on my vehicle in three days. When I got my vehicle back it looked great. They washed and wax the exterior or of my vehicle including the metal wheels and cleaned the interior too.

I strongly advise against using this shop for bumper or front-end collision repairs, as this is the only type of repair I can personally speak on. My car was lightly hit while parked, causing minor front-end bumper damage that did not require major realignment. The shop agreed to repair it at no cost, but they repeated the same temporary fix. In the process, they chipped the bumper connection, left chemical stains on the headlight, cracked the paint on the passenger side, and left a noticeable gap beneath the driver-side headlight. Communication throughout the process was poor, and my car was kept for two days with little to no updates or discussion about higher-quality repair options. I was open to paying additional costs if it meant the car would be repaired properly. When I raised

Miguel & his team did an amazing job that I would describe as above & beyond. My car was scratched by a delivery truck, and looks incredible now - almost better than the day I bought it nearly 10 years ago. Beyond what I expected and I left feeling so happy. Highly recommend their services!
